We emphasize maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In addition to flexible scheduling, we also offer our employees the option of a four-day workweek. We encourage a flexible schedule mindset so employees can go to the doctor or attend special event with family and friends without facing penalties or using up their accumulated time off.

FDAQRC is a very close-knit team. We stay in touch by chatting throughout the day on Microsoft Teams and we celebrate major events in our employees’ lives with virtual get-togethers. Once a year, FDAQRC hosts a face-to-face meeting for all our internal employees. During this time, there is a balance of department meetings, training seminars, team building, and team bonding. Employees have the chance to work together and collaborate on projects in person, as well as share tips and tricks for various projects.

Health Insurance

Health and wellness are important to us at FDAQRC. We match 50 percent of each employee’s health insurance costs, and benefits begin within your first 30 days with us.


We care about your future plans! FDAQRC offers a 100% match up to 3%, then 50% match for the next 2% of an employer-sponsored 401k.

Disability Policy

Don’t stress over what you can’t control. At FDAQRC our disability policy reimburses employees for 60% of salary during authorized STD/LTD.

Personal Time Off

FDAQRC provides 10 days of sick leave beginning on your first day of employment, and accumulated PTO starting day one. We also offer a 40-hour bereavement leave.


Turning somewhere in your home into a workspace can require several new supplies, which is why FDAQRC offers home office expense reimbursements. A company laptop is also provided.


FDAQRC recognizes most bank and US holidays. There is a total of ten paid holidays throughout the year.

Personal Development Plan

FDAQRC invests in their employees. All employees work towards a yearly PDP Program that is specific to the individual and their long and short-term career goals.

Flexible Work Schedule

As long as deliverables and client expectations are met, employees are allowed to arrange their schedule as needed.

Compressed Work Schedule

Extend your weekend? We’re on it! Our employees are offered to work four 10-hour days in exchange for having Mondays or Fridays off.

Our team loves to share photos and stories about their family, friends, and pets. We welcome all four-legged friends on internal calls and kids are welcome to join in on virtual game nights.
